my bones reds bearing are stuck in all 4 of my wheels how do i get them out without breaking the wheel?

what do you mean by stuck..

this is how you take bearings off wheels..
put the wheel in a truck axle, just let in go in tip of the threaded part of the axle and move to a .45 degree angle and push on it and it should pop off
