I’m converting my old rink quad skates to outdoor roller skates.

instead of changing the ball bearings, it would be more effective and convenient to change the whole bearing. abec 5′s are good bearings, and i would recommend them. to change the bearings, unbolt the wheels, and pop the bearings out, stick the new ones in, and bolt the wheels back on.
